Returns and Refunds Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policies below.


Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

How to initiate a return

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.


Sign in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

 

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover processing and handling costs for returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days, minus the cost of original shipping and 10% restocking fee.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., the product is opened, used, or not in original condition), we will notify you. The item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact Form. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Damaged Items and Issues with Your Order

We take great care to ensure that your personal care products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

Please contact us immediately if:

    • Defective or Damaged: The item is leaking, broken, or otherwise damaged upon arrival.
    • Incorrect Items: You receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete.
    • Quality Concerns: The product appears compromised or not up to our quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and safety of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items not in their original packaging or no longer in resalable condition.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Late or Missing Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

At this time, we currently do not ship to or accept returns from locations outside the United States.
