Shipping Destinations
- United States: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Options and Rates
We offer a range of shipping options through USPS and UPS:

Free Shipping (Orders Over $50)
- Eligibility: Free shipping is available only for shipping rates that do not exceed $10. If the calculated shipping rate is over $10, no free shipping option will be available.
- Delivery Time: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
- Cost: Free for eligible orders $50 an over.

- Delivery Time: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
- Cost: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and destination.
Shipping Carriers
We utilize reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- USPS Shipments Only: We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.
- Carrier Restrictions: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may be longer than standard shipping estimates.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or holidays).
Damages During Shipping
- Inspect Your Order: Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sthrngentgrooming.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
- Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to expedite delivery.
Taxes and Duties
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Duties and Customs: Since we do not offer international shipping, duties and customs fees are not applicable.
